A detour motivated by an observation: I could not find meals prepared DME-style anywhere in the grocery store, even though the benefits of this method were the talk of the town – especially at our family doctor, who had spoken to us about it at length.

Determined to satisfy my natural drive, my entrepreneurial spirit, and my desire to make meal preparation easier for parents, I had the idea of ​​launching CHUNKS: a judicious name, which accurately reflected the very principle of DME.
