At Chunks, we do everything we can to provide reliable and safe delivery for your little foodies 

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Quebec only.

Shipping Days & Delivery Times

Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Delivery takes place within 24 hours following shipment.

To receive your order within the same week, your order must be placed no later than Tuesday at midnight (delivery on Thursday). 

Any order placed after Tuesday at midnight will be shipped the following week.

No Weekend Deliveries

No deliveries are made on Saturdays or Sundays.

Areas Not Covered

If you live in a remote area, such as the Magdalen Islands or certain regions in Northern Quebec, we unfortunately cannot deliver to your address.

* The order total after discounts must reach 150$ or more to qualify for reduced or free shipping.

Delivery Method

Orders are picked up by the carrier on Wednesdays. Deliveries are then made between Thursday and Friday of the same week.


No-Signature Delivery

Packages are left at your door without a signature. If you live in a multi-unit building or in an area where there may be a risk of theft, we strongly recommend selecting the signature required option (at no additional cost) so the package can be handed to you directly.

Please note that neither the carrier nor Chunks Repas DME can be held responsible for packages stolen after delivery. No refunds or reshipments will be issued in the event of theft.

In the case of a delivery issue or lost package, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier directly.


Redirection to a Sorting Center

In certain situations, the carrier may be unable to deliver directly to your address, including if:

  • the street is blocked or difficult to access;
  • the location is considered at risk for theft;
  • the residence or building has multiple entrances or doors that make delivery uncertain.

In these cases, the carrier may redirect the package to the nearest sorting center or pickup point. It is then the customer’s responsibility to retrieve the package within the required timeframe.


Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of purchase. Chunks is not responsible for delays, losses, or product damage caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
